Just saw your patterns at quilt market in Portland Oregon and am in love with them. For the first time in 40 years I'm thinking I might want to try hand PIECING again. Kim McLean got me thinking contemporary hand applique (which I can now say I do) and you've got me thinking contemporary hand piecing. Amazing work. I'm anxious to get our customers thinking and believing. Combined with the idea that it's ok to slow down in quilt making, I think your patterns ought to convince some folks they can make wonderful quilts by hand in addition to their machine projects. Good luck, wishing you much success, your artistry deserves buckets of recognition.
blogged about you!
